Fresh & Local is the first mobile application dedicated to the consumption of fresh and locally grown food.

CALCULATOR
Fill the calculator – called Green-O-Meter – with the origin indicated on the package or specified by seller, select the food type and the category (froozen, fresh..). This is an easy way to know how many miles our food has travelled before coming at our table and avoid out-of-season products. And if you still have no idea about seasonality of a fresh product (fruit, vegetable, meat or fish) a complete seasonality chart can resolve any doubt.

Explore the interactive a farm and discover the benefits of eating fresh and local food. It is tastier, healthier, safer, less expensive, environmentally friendly, compared to those from the traditional distribution system.
This way you can see if your meal has traveled more than you ever done!

COLLECT POINTS AND CLIMB TO THE TOP OF THE LEADERBOARD
Show to your friends that you became an aware consumer of fresh and local food. For each measurement you’ll get a score (by the way of green leaves). With good choices you will get more points and badges.

CREATE AN EVENT
Create events related to your fresh & local purchases, such as organize the birthday dinner by choosing ingredients that are stack up ... a few kilometers. Post the results on social networks, and compare with your friends. Will you have the most eco-friendly diet?
